If you don't currently have a system, process, or policy developed for a listed item on the checklist, you may skip it or leave blank and move on to the next item on the list.
Remember, in order to achieve an effective system you must be truthful when checking off each function within your current infrastructure. So, please be honest with your selection. The function, system, policy, or process you choose must be currently being implemented or practiced within your organization.
